What Is The Best Brand For Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner?

Author: I just bought a waterproof eyeliner that is great , except that it isnt waterproof ! one little splash of water and it is running down my face. false advertising? ? anyway , i need to know what brand of waterproof , black liquid liner is the best . I dont really want one that will be too hard to remove but at the same time I dont want a liner to run down my face when it drizzles rain . TY .

I love Maybelline Ultra Liner. It’s easy to apply and lasts all day even though I sweat a ton in the summer humidity..
You can buy it at CVS or Rite Aid and try it. If you don’t like it they both have pretty relaxed return policies for makeup.
MAC, it has the best quality for reasonable price, since they have very high quality.
L’oreal is the best.
